Entering the Wonderful World of FOOD!

We decided to wait until Ellie was about 6 months to move into solid foods, and happily, we're there!! Ellie tried rice cereal last Thursday, and she's been hooked ever since.

Thinking about the taste. . . and she likes it!


Since her first cereal experience, we've thickened it up for her. Luckily she loves it! We're excited about moving on to some veggies, but the doctor told us to wait for a week because she just got immunizations today. But don't worry, we'll take pictures!

    Yea Ellie...welcome to the world of food! And I know you will grow up to be a great gourmet cook like your Mom. Did your Daddy lose his shirt?

    I think Granny Jo has some rice cereal in her pantry that Leo never finished...Ellie is welcome to it :) That whole thing went way smoother than it did with Leo! So cute.
